Course content
- Calculate gross and net pay
- Recognise taxable vs. non-taxable fringe benefits
- Withhold, deposit and report federal income taxes
- Identify an employee
- Prepare and file forms 941 and W-2
- Use forms provided by new employees, including forms W-4 and I-9
Course aims
On completion delegates will:
- Accurately calculate your US payroll
- Ensure that you comply with legislation relating to US payroll
- Report federal income tax
- Prepare and file forms 941 and W-2
