Being CIPP qualified ensures that you have the knowledge and skill set to run an efficient and compliant pensions service - as well as showing employers that you are dedicated to the profession and are providing them with an effective pension function.

Our qualifications are focused on employers and individual needs, based on extensive research, conducted to establish what skills and knowledge are required at every stage of a pension professionals career.

Qualifications available:

The Certificate in Pensions Administration

The certificate in pension administration has been developed with pension practitioners to ensure that it meets the needs of the industry. It provides a clear opportunity for students to develop and demonstrate their knowledge, understanding and application of job roles in the pension industry.

Upon successful completion, delegates will receive a nationally recognised KPA level three Certificate in Pensions Administration.

Foundation Degree in Pensions Administration and Management is a distance learning qualification developed by the CIPP in conjunction with Leeds City College and accredited by Leeds Metropolitan University. which can be awarded after a minimum of two years study.
