Nine Month Course

This qualification is run over a nine month period and is aimed at professionals looking to move into, or who have recently moved into, a team leader or management position. Students will develop their management skills, such as time and project management and communication skills.

Qualification structure

The qualification is completed over a nine month period and is gained by passing a Tutor Marked Assignment (TMA) - there are no formal classroom sessions for this qualification, although we would recommend that you attend the revision school for some formal face to face training to improve your chances of success.

The qualification is split into four key modules:

• Effective Team Management
• Key Skills in Team Management
• The Team Leader and the Team
• The Wider Context of Team Management

The revision school gives you the opportunity to learn from your tutor and industry peers face to face. 95% of students who attend the revision school go on to pass this qualification first time, attendance is encouraged to consolidate the course material.
