The session will introduce you to the latest research into retirement savings behaviour and give you an insight into how we behave when thinking about the future. Dr Robertson-Rose will describe behavioural biases such as loss aversion, anchoring and procrastination that can sabotage our attempts to save for retirement.
She will explain what employers can do to nudge employees into saving more into workplace pensions.
