Making contact with NISPI

The latest edition of Countdown Bulletin Issue 11 has been published and contains updates on a range of subjects including further details about the customer relations team mail box.
As we move ever closer to April 2016 and the end of contracting-out, the number of scheme member enquiries and questions is expected to increase.
Customer relations team mail box
In the September issue NISPI wrote that the customer relations team would have a designated email address. The email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
If the enquiry relates to their contracted out pension or National Insurance contributions the contact details are as follows:
Telephone for NIC enquiries 0300 200 3500.
By email Mailbox.email@example.com for enquiries from Pension Scheme Administrators and Trustees only.
