CIPP launch NPW 2018 with House of Commons event

On the 4 September, the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals hosted a prestigious event at the House of Commons in London to celebrate and recognise the importance of payroll in light of National Payroll Week.
Payroll Professionals everywhere gathered for an afternoon of networking and discussion as well as hearing a fascinating speech from both Eira Hammond ChFCIPPdip, Chair of the CIPP and Gill Dix, head of workplace policy at ACAS.

Yesterday was also a special day for us as the CIPP and Portfolio Payroll roundtable was held at the Portfolio Payroll office in London yesterday morning filled with discussion on the 2017 Future of Payroll survey report as well as current trending topics including the changing role of payroll, technology in payroll and GDPR.
National Payroll Week is still not over yet as we continue the celebrations at our Scottish National Conference and Exhibition which will begin tonight with a networking dinner and drinks.
