GDS gain insight through accessibility research

The latest Blog from the Identity Assurance (IDA) Team reconfirms that having just moved from Beta test stage to being live GOV.UK Verify will be constantly improved and expanded based on user feedback.

During public beta the team had reviewed accessibility of the service as a result of research with users with a range of disabilities. However the most recent round of accessibility research took place in March and the team were keen to discover more about what the latest iteration of GOV.UK Verify and what it is like for users with different disabilities with a view to making improvements where needed.

Full details of what the team discovered during their research and what improvements they have made can be read in the IDA Blog.
