Here at the CIPP, we are consistently innovating how we do things to make it easier and more efficiently for our customers and members.
We recently launched a live chat functionality as part of the CIPP website, making it easier for you to enquire about training courses, qualifications, membership, events etc and it has immediately taken off and has been very popular.
Since then, we took the leap and expanded this functionality to allow members to speak directly to our Advisory Service through the live chat.
