Lifetime Allowance 2019-2020

For some members with defined benefits pensions schemes, it is important to keep a close eye upon the scheme value so as to ensure they don’t become subject to a tax charge for exceeding the lifetime allowance (LTA).
The guidance on GOV.UK which aims to provide information for affected scheme members has been updated to include the 2019/2020 standard Lifetime Allowance of £1,055,000.
