Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (trading as CIPP) will be held on Friday 10 July 2015 at 15:00 at the CIPP, Goldfinger House, 245 Cranmore Boulevard, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4ZL.

Ordinary business

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions*:

  1. To elect two Trustees to the Board
  2. Approval of accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014
  3. Individual chartered status
  4. Changes to charter
  5. Re-election of auditors
  6. Any other business

Notes:

The deadline for submitting further agenda items is 25 June 2015.

This is the Institute’s eighteenth AGM.

Any member wishing to stand as a Board Trustee should have sent a completed nomination form and accompanying documentation, which should have been received by the company secretary no later than 1 May 2015.
