PAYE service – issue with P6 files

The following message was published on the Pay As You Earn (PAYE): service availability and issues webpage:
“HMRC are aware that we have not issued any P6 files for employers since 7 January 2018. This issue is under urgent investigation and we will provide further updates on this page when available.
We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.”
