Qualifications tutor required

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality apprentice facilitation for one or more of the following CIPP courses provisions for the duration of learner studies for a period of six months predominantly based in Peterborough.

•Assessor delivery of the Advanced Apprenticeship in Payroll
•Assessor and tutor delivery of Function skills in Communication, Mathematics and ICT at level two
•Assessor and tutor delivery of the Professional Technical Certificate in Payroll.

The tutor role is an extension of the Professional Careers Academy (PCA) and will be the focal contact for the apprentices, forming an important link between the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, our client and our apprentices for a fixed six month period; where it is anticipated that the post holder will work three days per week.

Job Purpose:

The development of apprentice contact is seen as a vital part of the overall administration and progress of the course. Positive tutor/learner relationship building is integral to enable learner motivation and engagement leading to successful course retention, progression with the aim of achieving their qualification during the period of the contract. It should provide each individual apprentice with the opportunity to express views and engage in constructive debate relating to all aspects of study. The post holder will act as a pivotal communication route of information to and from the CIPP to the apprentice.
