RTI submissions – updated technical specifications

There has been an update to the Real Time Information RIM (Reference Information Model) artefacts and supporting technical specifications for software developers.
The update published on GOV.UK includes V1.3 of Guidance to RTI data items from April 2017. This version includes updates to:
- Data item 146 – comments amended for options B) and C) for clarity and consistency with wording in technical specifications
- Data item 58a – comments amended to include guidance relevant to off-payroll working rules.
Updates have also been published on the GOV.UK pages for Real Time Information, Electronic Data Interchange: 2017 to 2018 incoming messages.
