Policy Manager
The purpose of this role is to manage the day to day, operational processes for the policy team. This includes the CIPP’s specialist technical helpline. The policy manager will, at all times, promote excellence in the payroll and pensions profession by not only being an enabler of legislation but being a fundamental role model in shaping legislation.

Associate Director of Professional Education
A strategic role, the post holder will be responsible for working closely with supporting education managers and the CIPP education services administration team, ensuring delivery of a high quality administration service for our main customers, the students and internal and external associated parties receive the best service possible.
