Vocalink have shared some interesting information about changing patterns of behaviour in relation to payments.

A survey led by the Financial Services Club then reveals some interesting current trends in payment processing. Among many other findings, the survey tracks the increasing impact of mobile payment developments in retail banking, and identifies resilience and security as still being the critical factors in payments processing, possibly at the expense of innovation.
