The CIPP is the only Chartered body for payroll in the UK and the leading provider of payroll education, as a result, we are expanding rapidly. As such, we regularly have new positions becoming available to support the growth and development of the Chartered Institute.

In 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and again in 2023, the CIPP was recognised as one of the Best Companies Top 100 Organisations in the UK to work for, as well as receiving The Investors in People Award for UK Employer of the Year: Silver in 2022.

The CIPP is also a Real Living Wage employer.  The Real Living Wage is the only UK wage that is voluntarily paid by businesses who believe that their employees deserve a wage which meets everyday needs. The Real Living Wage rates of pay are higher than the Government’s national living wage because they are independently calculated, based on what people need to ‘get by’.
