HMRC Angela MacDonald CBE - Angela became HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Deputy Chief Executive and Second Permanent Secretary in August 2020. She has 30 years’ experience as an operation professional in service delivery, transformation and change in both the public and private sector.

This session will explore your personal definition of what stress is, identify the signs and symptoms that you may experience if stressed and understand the health risks of short- and long-term stress.
