One of the most popular membership benefits, the advisory service is the extra member of your payroll team, providing essential advice, support and guidance through their technical helpline.

Our Advisory Service officers, Lorna Nicholls, Sue Richardson, Angela Adams and Karen Wharam provide members with up to date information on a whole range of payroll, pensions and reward questions.

All calls made to the Advisory Service are treated in absolute confidence. Your membership number will be required in order for the team to answer your query.

CIPP members can contact the team during the office hours of Monday – Thursday 9 am – 5 pm and Friday 9 am – 4.30 pm via 0121 712 1099 or email [email protected]
