All calls made to the Advisory Service are treated in absolute confidence. Your membership number will be required in order for the team to answer your query. You can contact the team during the office hours of Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4.30pm. You can now contact the Advisory Service using our live chat located in the bottom right corner of the screen and selecting "Advisory Service".
