All calls made to the Advisory Service are treated in absolute confidence. Your membership number will be required in order for the team to answer your query. You can contact the team during the office hours of Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4.30pm.

If you would like to send an official complaint to the CIPP or IPP Education Ltd please send it in writing via email to [email protected] for members, delegates or PAS organisations or [email protected] for learners undertaking a qualification or training course.
