NPW celebrations at your office or online
Remind your supervisor that NPW is important, not only to those in your payroll department but also to everyone in the company. Ensure you take photos of your co-workers celebrating National Payroll Week and send them to [email protected] or tweet @CIPP_UK using #NPW21 #KeepUKPaid
Check out your payslip on a coffee and cake break
Encourage employees to book meetings with the payroll department for a friendly chat about how their payslip works. Make use of the CIPP’s payslip tool www.understandingyourpayslip.co.uk to help, it’s the perfect way to improve relations and make people aware of what’s available to them.
