Jason Davenport's - My Duvet Flip

In September 2024, our CEO, Jason Davenport, featured on the Youth Group's popular YouTube show, 'My Duvet Flip'.

Hosted by Youth Group's Chief Youth Officer, Jack Parsons, the two sat down and discussed everything from the importance of understanding your payslip to the diverse opportunities in the payroll industry, and the evolution of AI in the industry, all while touching on Jason's long and successful career.

Jason also shared the importance of lifelong learning, how to deal with workplace challenges such as bullying, and went into detail about the power of consistent hard work and how having a positive mindset can help when it comes to your career.
