MSc in Business and Reward Management:  Research Survey

As part of the MSc in Business and Reward Management degree at the University of Derby, a current student is investigating the implementation of a reward system in the UK and Republic of Ireland offices of Interpublic Group. The rationale is to analyse the current reward strategy and its suitability for the UK and ROI employees while evaluating staff retention strategies. The objective is to assess if engagement and motivation are maintained while focusing on the business objective of inclusion and diversity. The results will be used to evaluate current trends and insights, and the survey will form part of their dissertation.  The results will also be beneficial to the student’s team, as the hiring and retention processes would be exemplified and will allow them to establish required recommendations for a future reward system.

This survey is independent of the CIPP, but results may be shared with them.  Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties or used for marketing purposes.  Unless provided, no personal data will be captured.
