Access to the CIPP Advisory Service

This is a reminder that the correct number to dial if you wish to speak with the Advisory Service is 0121 712 1099.
If you still have the old 0845 number programmed into your phone or contacts list, please ensure you change this as the old number will no longer be available after 1 July.
Maximise your membership
The CIPP offers its members* access to an advisory service which is one of the most popular membership benefits. The service offers members speedy, accurate and authoritative advice on payroll and pensions topics. All calls made to the advisory service are treated in absolute confidence. Our Advisory Service Officers, Sue Richardson and Angela Adams are updated regularly by the CIPP's policy and research team who are at the heart of government consultation, therefore the Advisory Service is able to provide up to date information on a whole range of payroll and pensions topics.
The Advisory Service opening hours are Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4pm.

Members’ voice
With the introduction of the new online forums members’ voice will be withdrawn. Instead the CIPP would encourage members to use one of the SIGs and create a discussion, either within the policy hub, or a specific topical SIG.
