THE CIPP TO EXTEND ITS TECHNICAL HELPLINE OPENING HOURS

By popular demand the CIPP's Advisory Service (technical helpline) is to have its opening hours extended. It is hoped this new service will commence from 1 October 2013, subject to the appointment of a suitably qualified individual by this date. With the introduction of real time information (RT) and automatic enrolment pensions legislation, the CIPPbelieve it is the right time to extend the service from the current 10am to 4pm to 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on a Friday.
