AGM 2021 - Reminder to vote!

This is a reminder that the Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals will be held on Wednesday 31 March 2021 at 11 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. You can view the business of the meeting below.

Voting is open and will close during the Annual General Meeting on 31 March 2021. Details of the ordinary resolutions and the candidate statements are on our online voting site. To cast your vote, please use the link sent to you via email, if you have not yet received it, please contact Membership.
Ordinary Business
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions:
- To elect directors to the Board
- Approval of accounts for the year ended 30 June 2020
- To reappoint Haines Watts as auditors
The meeting will also transact the following business:
- Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 5 December 2019
- Approval of the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 9 October 2020
- Any other business
