The CIPP'S Annual General Meeting 2015 ? the results

The Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (trading as CIPP) was held today at CIPP, Goldfinger house, 245 Cranmore Boulevard, Shirley, B90 4ZL at 15:00.

The AGM took place to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions:

1. To elect two directors to the Board
2. Approval of accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014
3. Individual chartered status
4. Changes to charter
5. Re-election of auditors
6. Any other business

The AGM resulted in the following two candidates being elected to the board:

Gillian Dale-Skey
Jason Davenport
