Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (trading as CIPP) will be held on Thursday 10 July 2014 at 16:00 at Aston Villa Football Club, Villa Park, Birmingham.
Ordinary business
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions:
- To elect two Trustees to the Board and one pensions position to be co-opted
- Approval of Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013
- Re-election of Auditors
- Any other business
Note: The deadline for submitting further agenda items is 25 June 2014.
