Annual General Meeting - new board members announced

The CIPP’s 2017 AGM took place at the CIPP London offices in Arne Street at 11:00 on 5 December 2017 to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions:
- To elect three directors to the board and one pensions position to be co-opted
- Approval of accounts for the year ended 31 July 2017
- Election of auditors
- Any other business
Lizabeth Lay Msc FCIPP, Stuart Hall MCIPPdip and Suzanne Gallagher MCIPP were elected as the new board members, with Cliff Vidgeon being voted in as a co-opted pensions representative.
In addition to the four board positions, the other resolutions were voted as follows:
Approval of accounts
For 238 votes, against 3 vote
Election of auditors
For 240 votes, against 7 votes
