Update on the first live serve of Agent Online Self Serve (AOSS)

In response to agent feedback during these early tests, a monthly breakdown that shows how payments received have been allocated to each period is now included. As HMRC continue to develop the service, they will increase the number of agents involved in the private beta.

In order to do that however HMRC need to get a wider spectrum of agent businesses involved in the testing - and will be working with agents’ representative bodies to enrol more volunteers.

If agents would like to take part, they should complete this questionnaire by 30 October 2015, giving the key information HMRC need about their business. They will then be sent a personalised link and an invitation to join the service. Agents who have already volunteered to help test the initial private beta service will automatically have access to the latest enhanced view and won’t need to re-apply.
