Question about a 'Banked Hours system'

I would like to hear from any members who currently operate a 'Banked Hours System' as we are currently consulting with employees and this will be introduced across the whole business. The initial thoughts are contracted to work 37.50 hours a week, will be paid for 36.50 and 1 hour will be banked up to a specified maximum, for use when the business has a quieter period? Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated, thank you.
