CIPP SURVEY - CALL FOR EVIDENCE - COMPENSATED NO FAULT DISMISSAL FOR MICRO BUSINESSES

The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has issued a consultation document seeking evidence on the concept of 'compensated no fault dismissal' for micro businesses(i.e. businesses employing fewer than 10 staff) and what the consequences could be, including the wider impact on both employer and employee confidence.

The CIPP Policy Team have reviewed this document and would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete a survey which will remain open until 4 May 2012. We will let you know the results of the survey shortly after that.
