Data Provisioning Service (DPS) issue resolved

Some employers and agents were having issues downloading Employer Notices – HMRC has advised that this issue has now been resolved.

The issue was affecting some Employers/Agents when trying to download Employer Notices (P6/Student Loan/Generic Notifications/Real Time Information (RTI) Notifications) into their third party software or who were unable to view these on the DPS Portal Viewer.

HMRC’s service availability and issues page has advised that this issue has now been resolved
