The Global Centre on Digital Wages for Decent Work takes a deep dive into Earned Wage Access (EWA), in its recently published report.
The report looks at EWA services, alongside the potential benefits and risks for both workers and employers. The findings are intended to support employers who are considering offering EWA to their workforce.
It is fantastic to see our very own Code of Practice referenced in this report, and states how “the CIPP brought these providers together to create a standard aimed at delivering good consumer outcomes, and addressing potential harms to end-users”.
