We are pleased to announce that the CIPP now owns the Compact Payroll Reference Book which is soon to become yet another incredible membership benefit.

Ownership of this book sets us further apart in comparison to any other organisation, as your Chartered body for payroll, it is our duty to provide you with the payroll essentials. This is exactly what we are expanding on with the launch of this book, known as the 'Payroll Bible.' 

The contents include current tax and National Insurance tables together with as much information as is likely to be required during the tax year. The book also contains many historical tables and information enabling reference back up to 20 years. The Compact Payroll Reference Book aims to provide as much information as possible in one volume. It includes definitions and up to date information about statutory deductions, statutory payments and state benefits

The book is arranged in four parts:

• Dates, definitions and obligations
• Tax
• National insurance
• Statutory payments and state benefits

We have yet to set a launch date for this benefit, however more information regarding this benefit is to follow, so stay tuned!
