The Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) has announced the release of new standards following approval from the secretary of state for Work and Pensions and the Department for Communities (Northern Ireland).
The standards updated include:
- Data standards
- Technical standards
- Reporting standards
- Code of connection
In addition, it has also been announced that three pension providers have successfully completed their connection journey. Oliver Morley, CEO of the Monay and Pensions Service, said:
“We’re firmly focused on taking pension providers and schemes through their connection journeys, beginning user testing to inform development of the MoneyHelper pensions dashboard and of course working closely with industry on what is needed to pave the way for commercial dashboards.”
With progress being made in the connections, we hope for further good news on eventual go live dates for individuals to access their valuable pensions data.
