HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has confirmed that the earlier issue with some of its online services has now been resolved.
They have said:
We’re pleased to confirm that the issues affecting some of our online services have now been resolved and services are operating as normal. We apologise again to anyone who was affected by the earlier disruption.
