Each year the CIPP represents our members views and the wider pay community on the increases to Nation Minimum Wage (NMW), more specifically the impact this is having on businesses, whether it is affecting job opportunities and progression for youth workers and what the increases should be from the year 2027 and onwards.

This year we held a Think Tank where our members were able to discuss their views and experiences directly with the Policy Team here at the CIPP, and 3 members of the Low Pay Commission. We are thankful for everyone who participated in that, we heard you, and included the points raised in our response.

We also conducted a Quick Poll on our website which allows anyone to tell us their views and a longer form survey where people had the opportunity to give us more detailed information. The data gathered from these was incredibly useful, again thank you to all those who took the time to respond.
