The objective of the dissertation research is to find out if a flexible benefits solution is a suitable, cost effective way of enhancing the total reward package in a Further Education College; and if it will have a positive impact on job satisfaction. The information that I will be obtaining will be used to help to provide insights to achieve this objective.
The data provided by participants is entirely anonymous and will only be used for this dissertation, and will not be disclosed to any third party, except as part of the dissertation findings, or as part of the supervisory or assessment processes of the University of Derby. The data provided will be kept until 21st August 2015 so that it is available for scrutiny by the University of Derby as part of the assessment process.
