Payroll departments frequently receive queries from employees regarding their payslip. Whether it’s a new starter receiving their first ever payslip or an employee that has been working for years, it’s important that employees can understand their payslip and how to make sure they are being paid correctly.
Results from our recent Payslip Statistics Survey indicated the one of the most frequently asked questions in the payroll department still remains to focus on an employee’s understanding of their payslip.
