The policy team will be responding to the open consultation Equality (Race and Disability) Bill: mandatory ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting.
To understand what happens operationally, we want to know who is responsible for pay gap reporting.
If this is a shared responsibility, we have given you the option to select multiple functions. If you are a payroll service provider or agent, we would like to know if pay gap reporting is something you offer to your clients.
