Non-levy employer reservation levels reset 1 June 2022

On 1 June 2022 all non-levy paying employer reservation levels will reset back to 0. This will enable those employers to make up to 10 reservations securing apprenticeship funding. Flexi-job apprenticeship agencies can make up to 35.
Any reservations made before 1 June 2022 can be converted into starts within the reservation period and will not count towards the number made in the 2022-23 period.
Reservations give employers who do not pay the apprenticeship levy an opportunity to gain government funding for apprenticeship training. However, the reservations may be paused at any time for the government to ensure the scheme remains affordable to them.
