The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025 has been published online and has set the maximum rates for redundancy pay in Northern Ireland.
From 6 April 2025, the “maximum amount of “a week’s pay” for the purpose of calculating a redundancy payment or various awards, including the basic or additional award of compensation for unfair dismissal” will be £749.
