Further HMRC guidance on pension flexibility

HMRC have published draft guidance on the transitional changes around pension flexibility in Finance Bill 2014.

The guidance covers a number of transitional issues which have no doubt been puzzling pension experts and others since the measure came into effect on 27^th March 2014.
