Payrolling Private Medical Benefits

We are about to commencing payrolling of private medical benefit from April 2015.  I wanted to ask Members to share their experiences where they have recently implemented similar payrolling arrangements, in order to understand the types of communication and content used to ensure employees were aware and understood the changes.
