Majority have stated that the main channel they would want to access Acas support and advice through is via the Acas website (25%) and webinars / e-learning (21%). Whereas 18% noted for telephone helpline and 15% for podcasts and training courses.

Some of the comments shared for those who answered ‘other’, are:
