As we can see, National Minimum Wage is a key concern for employers or payroll professionals, the impacts of which are causing issues with pay differentials and salary sacrifice schemes. However, following closely behind is Income tax, something that until recently was believed to be off the table as far as budget changes were concerned.
Time will tell what changes materialise, but now we know what is the highest priority to you.
