Following on from the Living Wage Foundation’s announcement of the new real living wage rates, the CIPP policy team wanted to know how many of you are Real living wage employers.

The results are in and it’s a staggering how close they are. 49.5% of respondents are not real living wage employers, which leaves 50.5% who are.

The CIPP think that becoming a real living wage employer can be a fantastic bonus to recruitment and retention within a business and is well worth exploring. So it is fantastic to see so many employers already using this, and, of course, making sure employees are paid a fair wage.
