QuickPoll Results – Payroll Service Providers – How many clients per team member?

This QuickPoll was intended to highlight the workload and hard work of payroll professionals in bureaux and accountancy practices or any business providing payroll services to clients.
Over 79% of respondents who have a fixed allocation said they deal with over 20 clients per team member, 39% of which responded with over 100 clients per team member.
These findings are very interesting, as they give us an insight into how much work payroll professionals are doing and how busy the industry is.
It should be noted that the number of clients isn’t the only factor to consider, and further research could be done on how big the clients are on average or how many payslips each team member is administering.
