This morning the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, delivered a speech to lay foundations ahead of the budget which takes place on the 26 of November.
The policy team tuned in to hear if Reeves would answer any of the speculation which has been discussed, however nothing was confirmed in regards to tax increases.
