Starter Checklist updated for 2016-17

The new employee Starter Checklist has been updated to reflect new tax year changes and to include Student Loan information.
Employers can use the Starter Checklist to gather the information required to operate PAYE for a new employee and to complete the first Full Payment Submission for the employee.
We have asked HMRC if they plan to publish a printable version. In the meantime anyone wishing to use a printable version can access an example form below provided by HMRC's SDST.
